"I feel completely let down by this office. Anthony has been unprofessional I should have paid attention to the negative reviews before trusting him and this location. I tried to give them another opportunity to make things right, but they continue to disappoint me. My vehicle registrations were suspended, and my lender added forced placed insurance even though the agent claimed everything had been reported correctly. The extra fees I had to pay tell a completely different story. I was treated with blame, silence, and no apology. I should have read the review from Brita Whisler below and taken it as a warning. If I had seen her experience sooner, I would have been on high alert before dealing with this office."

"Wow! When my Grandma reached out to me to help her get new auto insurance together, I was afraid of her being taken advantage of or of her being placed with someone who wouldn't take the time to sit with her and address her needs but that was not at all the experience we had working with Tammy from Betsy's office! She was quick, consistent, thorough and so incredibly kind! With my Grandma and I residing in separate states, I was initially worried and anxious to not be by her side - but that all went out the door with Tammy. She was excellent beyond words, made my Grandmother feel comfortable with insurance, and with her! There are not enough kind words for you Tammy! You are amazing - Betsy, if you were thinking about any raises any time soon - Tammy should be at the top of that list!"
